Our Code of Ethics


As a member of the AUTOPRO network, we hereby pledge:


  • Supply our customer with a written estimate of repair costs.

  • Only perform repairs that the customer requests

  • Obtain authorization from our customer before performing any additional repairs that would entail costs beyond the original estimate

  • Never replace are part that is not defective

  • Give our customer helpful advice on how to improve the performance of his or her vehicle

  • Invoice our customer in accordance with the true costs of labour and parts

  • Explain to our customer the invoice and warranty related to the work performed and parts replaced

  • Dispose safely all materials that may be harmful to the environment

  • Be courteous and attentive to all of our customers
